Catalán Book Fair

Date: from September 6 to 15 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022
Place: Catalonia Book Fair (Av de la Catedral and Moll de la Fusta, Barcelona)
Capacity: 500.000 spectators in 10 days

The tasks we have done:

• Production, integral management and exploitation of bars.
• Design of work templates, management and hiring of service personnel.
• Design of the gastronomic offer.
• Product management (drinks and snacks): reception, distribution, storage and supply of bars.
• Management and coordination of other services: catering, commercial actions, private events, etc.
